1. How do I create a new video channel?

There is no need to create music video channels from scratch.

For every radio station you have created you now have a twin video channel which will play the same music genres, artists and songs you love in video format. You may switch from audio to video for each and every one of your radio stations using the "video mode" feature displayed on the MeeMix Player.

2. How do I edit my video channel?

MeeMix video channels are based on your existing radio stations. Therefore, edits made to your radio station directly effect what you will see and hear on your video station.

For example, when you add a new artist to your radio station, videos of that artist will play in that same station's video mode.

In addition you may:

  1. Add a video to your "favorites" - favorite videos will be given "bonus points" and will be viewable from your "favorites" page, located in the MeeStyle section.
  2. Block a video – blocking videos will ban the selected video from playing on that particular station in the future.

3. Where do MeeMix videos come from?

MeeMix pulls all videos from YouTube.

4. At what bitrate do videos play?

Whereas MeeMix audio stations stream at 128 Kbps, videos are streamed from YouTube– at approximately 64 Kbps.

5. I am having streaming problems (videos start and stop continuously). What can I do?

You can try to improve your streaming quality by taking the following steps:

  1. Close any other streaming content.
  2. Close all downloads.
  3. Verify that your system is equipped with a suitable bandwidth for video streaming.
