Enhancing the user experience is our own uniquely developed taste prediction technology, which enables us to bring you a combination of your favorite music with an added element of discovery – introducing you to new tracks and artists that match your own individual taste in music in accordance with your current mood.

MeeMix believes that entertainment should be pleasurable, effortless, and hassle-free!

MeeMix was founded in 2006 by Gilad Shlang and Ricardo Tarrasch. Upon identifying a need for personalized entertainment, the two teamed up to combine their professional experience in the fields of Prediction Technologies and User-Interface with their collective passion for music.

After one year of furious and non-stop work, the walls of their make-shift office were entirely plastered with diagrams and formula notes. With not even one square inch of wall space remaining, Mr. Shlang and Dr. Tarrasch built a unique taste prediction algorithm to narrowly measure a person's taste in music based on both musical attributes and member characteristics – a highly accurate formula to determine and understand the parameters of individual taste.

MeeMix launched its public beta on January 1st, 2008.
